2025 Meeting
We are pleased to announce the 2025 Annual Meeting will take place in Panama City, Panama! Panama, a land radiating with life, perfectly imperfect, and full of authenticity! Where the Northern and Southern worlds connect, old and new worlds coexist, and cosmopolitan landscapes live in harmony with wild, untamed rainforests. The Annual Meeting will take place April 28 – May 2, 2025 at the Westin Playa Bonita Hotel
Meeting Information
Please plan to attend the 34th Annual Meeting from April 28 – May 2, 2025 in the beautiful, unique and diverse city of Panama City, Panama. The 2025 meeting will begin with a Satellite Meeting on Monday April 28, 2025 and a Welcome Reception on Monday evening for all attendees. Both the satellite and annual meeting will be held at the Westin Playa Bonita hotel

October 30, 2024 – Call for Oral abstracts (individual and team) abstracts opens
October 30, 2024 – Call for Poster abstracts opens
October 30, 2024 – Scholarship applications open
October 30, 2024 – Diversity Applications Open
December 2, 2024 – Last day to submit Oral abstracts (team and oral)**
December 2, 2024 – Last day to submit Scholarship applications (whether poster or oral submission)**
January 13, 2025 – Team and Individual Oral Decisions Made/Notifications sent
February 17, 2025 – Last day to submit Poster abstracts
REGISTRATION & HOUSING
January 13, 2025 – Conference registration and housing opens
March 17, 2025 – Last day to register at “early-bird” conference rate
March 28, 2025 – Last day to reserve lodging within guaranteed block period
April 7, 2025 – Last day to register at “regular” conference rate
