- Access to Wi-Fi (if you need a more stable connection, please contact us to arrange a wired internet connection for your exhibit booth)

- Electrical outlet can be purchased for an extra fee

Exhibit Dates & Times
Exhibits are open for the duration of the meeting, however, please review the program at-a-glance for specific break, poster and lunch times each day. Dedicated exhibit/poster sessions occur during breaks so exhibitors can expect a higher level of traffic during these times.

Hotel
NCM has arranged for preferred accommodation for delegates and exhibitors at Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik Hotel. Please book before the deadline to receive the discounted NCM rates.
Thank you for staying at the host hotel as it helps keep registration rates low.
Shipping
Shipments can be sent to the Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik hotel directly but must have all shipping and customs costs covered. The information listed in the shipment documents includes recommended customs brokers and the address for shipping.
Please note, shipments can arrive in advance of the meeting but all shipments cannot be stored for longer than three days following the meeting.
