- 1-2 chairs (depending on booth package)
- Access to Wi-Fi (if you need a more stable connection, please contact us to arrange a wired internet connection for your exhibit booth)
- Access to coffee breaks and lunch each day at the meeting
- Electrical outlet can be purchased for an extra fee

Annual Meeting Single Booth (2 name badges) + full ad in the digital program – $1850
Annual Meeting Single Booth (1 name badge) + full ad in the digital program – $1500

Exhibit Dates & Times
Exhibits are open for the duration of the meeting, however, please review the program at-a-glance for specific break, poster and lunch times each day. Dedicated exhibit/poster sessions occur during breaks so exhibitors can expect a higher level of traffic during these times.

NCM has arranged for preferred accommodation for delegates and exhibitors at Portopia Hotel. Please book before the deadline to receive the discounted NCM rates.
