What’s Included?
All Exhibit booths come with:
- 6ft table
- 1-2 chairs (depending on booth package)
- Access to Wi-Fi (if you need a more stable connection, please contact us to arrange a wired internet connection for your exhibit booth)
- Access to coffee breaks and lunch each day at the meeting
- Electrical outlet can be purchased for an extra fee
Exhibit Fees
Annual Meeting Single Booth (2 name badges) + full ad in the digital program – $1950
Annual Meeting Single Booth (1 name badge) + full ad in the digital program – $1600

Please note, NCM is using a new software system. Exhibitors must register as an exhibitor user. Once the booth is registered, further information about how to register booth representatives will be provided. This is different from 2025.

Exhibit Dates & Times
Exhibits are open for the duration of the meeting, however, please review the program at-a-glance for specific break, poster and lunch times each day. Dedicated exhibit/poster sessions occur during breaks so exhibitors can expect a higher level of traffic during these times.

Hotel
NCM has arranged for preferred accommodation for delegates and exhibitors at the Melia Sevilla Hotel. Please book before the deadline to receive the discounted NCM rates.
Thank you for staying at the host hotel as it helps keep registration rates low.
Shipping
Shipments can be sent to the Melia Sevilla Hotel directly but must have all shipping and customs costs covered.
Please note, shipments can arrive one day in advance of the meeting but all shipments cannot be stored for longer than three days following the meeting.
