We are pleased to announce the 2023 Annual Meeting will take place in scenic Victoria, BC.

Meeting Information
Please plan to attend the 32nd Annual Meeting from April 17 – 21, 2023 in the scenic city of Victoria, Canada. The 2023 meeting will begin with a Satellite Meeting on Monday April 17, 2023 and a Welcome Reception on Monday evening for all attendees. Both the satellite and annual meeting will be held at the Victoria Conference Centre

September 19 2022 – Call for Satellite proposals close
October 31 2022 – Call for Oral abstracts (individual and team) abstracts opens
October 31 2022 – Call for Poster abstracts opens
December 1 2022 – Last day to submit Oral abstracts (team and oral)**
January 9 2023 – Team and Individual Oral Decisions Made/Notifications sent
February 20 2023 – Last day to submit Poster abstracts
February 22 2023 – Poster submitters notified if accepted
February 27, 2023 – Last day for Satellite presentation (oral or poster) submissions

REGISTRATION & HOUSING
January 9 2023 – Conference registration and housing opens
March 6 2023 – Last day to register at “early-bird” conference rate
March 24 2023 – Last day to reserve lodging within guaranteed block period
March 27 2023 – Last day to register at “regular” conference rate
